If I can't find what I want in store or just decide to shop online, they have a fantastic sale going on there, too.Being able to bring store AND online purchases back to any store for a refund or exchange is so nice!They never complain if I'm returning a lot from online (I usually order different sizes of the same thing because I'm 5'1" and 135lbs, so fittings vary greatly), so I try to organize the right shipping bag (that's your receipt) with the corresponding items to make it go faster for the cashier, customers in line, and me!Pick-up from their stores are a breeze.Couldn't recommend them more!”

“Normal Ross dress for less. This one is usually pretty clean and orderly.The trash out front has been there so long it smells. That may be the fault of the colonial promenade. I have seen the same in front of Books a Million.”
