“My recent adventures in automobile purchasing let me know we needed to open up an account at a local credit union. I applied online, received a call the next day, and had an account set up within the next 30 minutes. The branch manager went above and beyond answering all my questions. I asked about taking photos and let her know I reviewed businesses on Google.It was a little awkward taking pictures in the bank. Contrary to the photos there are plenty of staff personnel working here. They opted not to be in the pictures, I don't blame them. I highly recommend this branch and Credit Union.”
“This is Don Litchfield and I have a checking account and a couple of c.d's at this credit union. I love to do business here and have been treated very well when I do business at the office. However I can never seem to log into my account when I want to check the balances or to see a statement ending. Never! And I always have to call the c.u. and that takes forever for anyone to answer the phone and I generally just hang up as I cannot sit on the phone all day each time I want to check my account. Please do something to correct this situation as I may move to another bank who has internet service way more reliable. Also I attempted to post a message and even that would not allow me to gain entry. I seriously think it may be time when my c.d.'s mature which is very soon, to just stop the frustration and move on.Thank you”

“I have had nothing but good service from America's First. Loan rates were the best, credit card services wonderful (credit unions usually are). Mobile banking stuff is great. As is normal paper work setting stuff up can be tedious but even with that hassle it's well worth banking with them. Everyone is facing challenges with hiring but never had an complaints about the people I have dealt with. They keep getting more and more of my business.”
