“I love Harbor Freight, when I need some some specialty mechanic tool for working on my old truck they're my go to. Sure some stuff isn't the best money can buy but I'm a shade tree mechanic and there's no reason for me go spend top dollar for a tool I'm going to use once a year or less, and other tools I use a little more often but not everyday, good example, I bought a reciprocating saw from them 15 years ago for 19 bucks and it still works like brand new”

“I purchased granite countertops from Home Depot & a new kitchen sink. I utilized their service of also removing my old countertops & sink. Upon installation I realized that a portion of my wall had came off with the removal of the old countertops. The installer did the best to patch it, yet it was an eye sore. I emailed Home Depot w/pictures, and I received a response that very day. And within just a few days they had came to a resolution to address the situation, & a decision that me as the consumer was pleased with. It was done in a timely manner & with professionalism. All in all the countertops & sink look great!! Grace with M&M Stone Design, & Chasity & Daphne at Home Depot were ALL very helpful through the process.”

“It started out with a leaky toilet and ended with a total bathroom update. Home Depot was where we ended up finding a lot of what we needed. And the items we had to order came in pretty quickly and in good shape. Seem to have a mix of employees who know what they're doing and know all their stuff and some you're better off with trial and error picking your own supplies. Some are new, so hopefully that learning curve won't be too bad because they seem like nice enough guys. Not that they didn't want to help, just didn't have the experience yet. Not the easiest location to get into and out of during heavy traffic times, but the location is conveniently, centrally located to serve a lot of people, and parking lot itself is good. It's just located at a busy intersection.”

“We have used M&M twice for appliance repair. Both times we were treated fairly. The technician explained what the problem was, gave us a quote, and discussed with us the pros and cons of the repair. Our most recent was the dryer. It was almost completely disassembled and we could see the issues. There was no pressure, just information and a recommendation. I highly recommend them for appliance repair and I would expect the same for any other service.”
