“Gigi, in the kitchen department, was wonderful! She helped from day one and had some very good suggestions as to colors, features, etc. We had an issue with the manufacturer but the whole management team worked to resolve this and replaced all the cabinet fronts. Mark was incredible and truly cared about customer satisfaction! The installers were great to work with as well! I ordered my quartz countertops, kitchen cabinets and wine bar cabinets all from Home Depot and would do it again!”
“My company deals with them very frequently, the only time I have ever ( in 25 years) had less than stellar service. Is if a driver is on vacation or they have a new driver on the route. But everyone is very professional, knowledgeable and kind. Great dispatch and the drivers are great its a welcome treat to deal with Mike on a weekly basis!!”

“I recently purchased flooring and paint for my Home at the Hoover, Alabama location. There ended up being a small issue with the delivery, but they handled it immediately and even had their employees as well as the store manager Cory deliver it to my house within an hour. They went above and beyond what I could’ve ever asked, and I appreciate them so much. I will always use this particular store. And I’m so thankful for their team and their store manager way to go Hoover Lowe’s”
“It started out with a leaky toilet and ended with a total bathroom update. Home Depot was where we ended up finding a lot of what we needed. And the items we had to order came in pretty quickly and in good shape. Seem to have a mix of employees who know what they're doing and know all their stuff and some you're better off with trial and error picking your own supplies. Some are new, so hopefully that learning curve won't be too bad because they seem like nice enough guys. Not that they didn't want to help, just didn't have the experience yet. Not the easiest location to get into and out of during heavy traffic times, but the location is conveniently, centrally located to serve a lot of people, and parking lot itself is good. It's just located at a busy intersection.”
