The lady inside the beauty section was very polite and informative. The store was pretty empty, but the people working knew the current deals and helped us find what we needed at a discount.

I had a photo shoot here in portrait department.. sadly i missed the survey to write a review on these people.. its already been a few months now because i did send an email about my concerns and extremely negative experience with them but no one ever got back to me. so ill say here, that they were extremely rude and nasty and i tried to keep a positive mindset while there because it was my birthday.. but i see now why all the independent photographers are taking over. I would never recommend anyone to the portraits department., everything about it really bothered me.. they have no consideration for you back there but they will be nice to you once they swipe your card! The lady didnt even tell me what i was paying for until after she so desperately took my payment. These people are ruthless.

I waited too long and my Acess Code for the survey is expired. We were shopping on 12/20/23 at the Alabaster, AL store. An associate in the beauty department named Shai was extremely helpful, answered my questions, and even made a suggestion that saved me some money on the products that I was looking for. The transaction # on my receipt is 1871 @ store # 2918, associate (?) # 0900. In this day and time, customer service is a dying art. Shai is definitely the EXCEPTION!

Always a good experience. Always have great sales and coupons on top of sales. Total cost was over $600 but after coupons, total cost was less than $300!! Huge savings!!

I had a horrible experience and it needs to b talked about. I go here frequently for earrings and clothes.Today Oct 8 ,2023 was an experience that should never have happened. I was looking for costume pearls( I wanted a certain size) first a employee asked if I needed help ok then I noticed I was followed and watched in the women's department by a make employee ..First off I got bank 2. Dont judge anyone by what they wear 3. B less noticeable . I used to work retail so I know what you were doing. I get it you have loss . I saw this cause many sets were missing pairs. Remember my picture and see I come once or twice a month for earrings that I pay for. Do U need my credit score? My bank account? It was uncalled for . Dont do this nonsense again.
