She went above and beyond helping me & my husband, was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind the entire time. It’s rare to come across customer service that good anymore. Everything from her customer service, to knowledge of the company and products was tea. she helped me get the results I needed and If it weren't for the affordability aspect of at&t I would still use them as a provider, their customer service is top tier.”
“Went to the Helena AT&T store for the first time did not know what to expect. Brayden and Tiffany you're so helpful. Brayden made it possible for me to get a case and screen for my new phone. Tiffany took the time to recover my Google account find my microphone and do all the little things I could never do with this new phone. She also told me about the one phone I could afford in the store. I felt like it was all about me they spent so much effort and care with me I will never go to another provider I can't thank both of you enough! Helena is my AT&T store!!”

“Yesterday morning my phone completely stopped working, didn’t turn on or anything. Due to work, I have to have a phone so it was urgent being that I had work about 6 hours after I found out I was without one. Staff helped answer all my questions and I was in and out knowing all details and with the phone I wanted in about an hour. Clean, professional, friendly. Would recommend this Cricket store to anyone. 5 stars easy.”
