Due to work, I have to have a phone so it was urgent being that I had work about 6 hours after I found out I was without one. Staff helped answer all my questions and I was in and out knowing all details and with the phone I wanted in about an hour. Clean, professional, friendly. Would recommend this Cricket store to anyone. 5 stars easy.”
“After spending hours at the Apple store who said they needed to erase my phone to install a screen I called Cellaxs. He met me late at night after hours for an emergency screen repair, had it done in less than 5mins for 1/4 the cost of Apple, didn't require any phone reset or data loss. It's working perfectly. “My husband had broken his phone and had to go to Best Buy to buy a phone. Due to poor customer service at Best Buy, they would not set up his phone that he had just purchased until a later date (No excuse). So we had visited this AT&T location since it was so close. The customer service there was absolutely phenomenal! Ethan is fantastic! He was so kind, patient, understanding and so extremely helpful. I will go as far to say that 1.) The service from Ethan is the best service that I have received anywhere in a long time and 2.) the overall experience at this location is much more better than any AT&T location they I have ever visited. Up to that visit, I even debated keeping AT&T. Now, I am willing to continue my service with them and willing to drive further because I love this location so much. Ethan, I hope you see this review!
