“Yesterday morning my phone completely stopped working, didn’t turn on or anything. Due to work, I have to have a phone so it was urgent being that I had work about 6 hours after I found out I was without one. Staff helped answer all my questions and I was in and out knowing all details and with the phone I wanted in about an hour. Clean, professional, friendly. Would recommend this Cricket store to anyone. 5 stars easy.”

“I decided to pick up a SIM card today, bc of issues with a connection on a phone line. After some brief and very straight forward advice, I had the pleasure of speaking with Joycelin even further into my account. We ventured far enough to realize that there were opportunities to save a significant amount of money…. Just by making some adjustments on my plan, I’d be saving a decent percentage on my plan. I purchased a few things, that about a few others, but there’s time. I’ll be looking for her specifically! The best service I’ve ever had from them, hands down!”
