I had the worst experience today at this location. I placed an order online yesterday morning and never received confirmation to pick up. Normally at any store when you order online to pick up in store you receive an email stating when it's ready. I went by the store today and told the cashier I never received an email. She said they don't send emails. Ok...so how would I know when it was ready?? This was a common sense question that any employee should know at Old Navy. If not, find out the answer or inform the customer that something changed or maybe you didnt know the answer. But instead she decided to go back in forth with me in front of another customer while two other employees just stood there. I asked a simple question about the change in policy for pick up orders, to received every excuse from her on how she didn't have to work her job. The entitlement and pride to be so disrespectful into displaying poor customer service. This lady was so unprofessional, rude, confrontational and racist?. I hope someone in upper management reads this, and trains their employees better. If not, I have called in a complaint with corporate, hopefully they can address this issue with this location. Overall, my issue is not with the company as a whole, I enjoy shopping at Old Navy and their sister companies. It was the disrespect I encounter today from their employee that led me to write this review.

I buy pants here and that's pretty much it. My son gets pants here. My hubbie well he is fine with George at Wallyworld. The price isn't bad especially when they are on sale. Where they lack 1. Keeping my style and size in (must b popular but they dont restock) 2. Sometimes not having enough cashiers (the line can get long) 3. Don't buy anything up at the front(by the cashiers) They mark that stuff up !!Don't impulse buy. I bought a trial size petroleum jelly for my lips 5 bucks! What the heck why? Wallyworld its 3.65 which I was thinking in the 3 dollar range . Why the mark up? So for pants I come here. Now shirts not so much my style nor do they last anyways. Hubbie used to get vacation tshirts here they lasted a year maybe . Eh I come here out of necessity ONLY! My son still needs pants that are adjustable (other places dont carry) I must also mention they hounded this poor Indian man w/ child. I didn't appreciate that at all. Their security thing dinged , they searched and found nothing. It was quite absurd how long he was kept there. I checked out and he was still held there. A quick search was all that was needed. Then let him go .. At least the man was patient about it.

Apparently the General Manager and some of his employees have issues with special needs children all the kid was doing is jump and clapping his hands in the mirror just being happy and they got rude with the mother and the child so definitely not taking any of my business and my families business there to support a company that would allow this.

I like what the store sells but in general it is expensive, even with the discounts they are high prices compared to the clothes and quality like other stores.

I forget about Old Navy most times. We came here on a Saturday and there was a decent flow of shoppers. There was lots of look through IF I had been in the shopping mood.... I wasn't! My niece quickly grabbed up 3 dresses. They were cute (for her). I think my mom got some socks. The staff was cool. At checkout I was happy to learn I had $3 rewards I could use toward my purchase. Pleasant surprise for sure!!

Didn't greet me as me and my daughter walked in store,wasn't asked if we needed any help, just not friendly at all I will not be coming back at all

They have a good selection of product at the store & FYI - they offer curbside pickup. A few members of the staff have been very helpful & friendly, but the others just basically ignore customers & show very poor customer service. I do not need much help, but acknowledging customers & just being friendly goes a long way.
