Especially when I took my aging father in to make changes to his accounts. Sometimes I might have to wait in line depending on the day of the week and whom me be in line. When I use the online tools to schedule an appointment they are always Johnny on the spot. Most of the times when I do have to go in the bank for something the manager always comes out to say hello and they appreciate my business. I do travel a lot and that is one of the things I like most about Wells Fargo is their ATMs across the country.”
