“Tidal wave in Alexander City is my go-to place for car washes. It’s conveniently located and takes only a short drive. The car wash has consistently kept my car spotless. The vacuum service they provide is excellent, and the towels and cleaning spray they offer are always fresh. The employees are always friendly.

However, I would suggest they offer better pre-washing for both sides of the vehicle, including the mirrors. The car wash doesn’t remove all the bugs, so you’ll need to scrub them off yourself when vacuuming. Currently, the employee who directs you into the car wash will scrub the driver’s side and sometimes the front, depending on how busy they are. I’ve noticed that some employees really try to scrub the bugs off, while others just want to waive you through. However, I wouldn’t deduct a star because a few employees don’t put in as much effort as others.”

“Service is great! Absolutely great work! but I have noticed on several occasions, and at different times and days, that an employee has his wife and child there for his entire 8 hour shift. That isn't professional at all. And is too hot for them to be sitting out in the truck and not good for budy for him to be holding the baby while washing cars. And I'm sure the way his wife dresses is uncomfortable for other employees with spouses or partners that dont want to be exposed to that kind of atmosphere.”
