“We’ve been banking with Regions Bank for about 9 years now. We didn’t open our accounts in Andalusia but we bank there now. Over the years we’ve had some minor issues but they were resolved quickly. Specifically to this branch I have no complaints. Everyone has always been friendly and helpful.”

“Our family has been banking with S I B for over 15 years. The level of service and friendliness at all branches is top notice. S I B has always went above and beyond not for just me but for all customers. 20 years ago there may have been a need for someone to have the bank they used in every big city or small town they visited, but I have never had a single issue. Online banking, atm reimbursement programs, transfers through the app, etc… No need to be attached to a big bank that doesn’t know your name. Would you rather be a file number or addressed by name when someone else deals with your hard earned money? I know we prefer the latter.”
