“I have done business with the O'Neal Agency for decades. The owners and staff are outstanding. When we have questions, they take extra time to make sure we get the answers we need and to help us make the right decisions on coverage. Fantastic folks.”

“We are new to Andalusia, and have insured our home and vehicle with Allstate. I’ve had several telephone communications with the office, and have found the personnel to be pleasant and helpful. I also went the Andalusia office recently and was met and assisted by Michael. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.”
