“Best experience I’ve ever had for tires. Friendly, accommodating and, most importantly, honest. Most are just eager to make the sale but not here. So, Thursday at 4:15 and 2 hours from home, my tire needed air for 2nd time today. I find a pesky nail in my tire so I went to the local “W” because I know they’re open later. Finally a tech assists me but they do not have my size tire. I panic and start calling tire stores starting with the closest. First 4 did not answer, next one went to voicemail and then I called Roadmart. I did not even hear the first ringtone when I realized this was not a recording. He says they have the size tire and could install it but needed to be there soon. After they pulled fire off the tire they couldn’t find the nail and asked if I still wanted to change the tire. I couldn’t believe they were more interested in providing the right service and not the money.All in all a super experience and I couldn’t be more grateful for their fast friendly service!”

“Needed air in all tires do to the weather ,was there a few minutes before they open,the staff was very attentive asking us how could they be of service I explained the situation and a few minutes prior to the shop opening they can and took care of my tires my first time visiting ,if and when I travel back to Andalusia Alabama and need a tire shop I know where to go.”
