Stood in line nearly an hour to get a check cashed,the line only had 3 people ahead of me.Then the teller had the nerve to ask us to open an account after charging $8 to cash a check from one of their account holders after not getting in any kind of hurry nor seeming to be one bit concerned that it took an hour to see 4 people,smh.Senoir teller Brenda Freeman should be fired,along with everyone else responsible for such disgraceful service.I'll never use them for anything and I wish i could give a lower rating than 1 star.

I didn’t have a problem with this bank till today! I’m out of state asked my son to deposit money for me “cash” and I have the deposit ready to go and the bank refused to take the deposit. That makes no sense it’s “cash” they said the only way he could deposit was a cashier check or check; How can he do that if I’m not there to put my signature on it? How can he deposit it? Highly thinking about changing account when I get back home!

You need two tellers at the drive thru window!! Especially at 12:00!! Set in 20 minutes!!!!

I went in today and and I asked real politely if I could use their bathroom and one of the tellers told me that they don't have a public bathroom and I told her that I have Diabetes and that I really needed to use the bathroom and she still said that they didn't have a public bathroom so I won't be using that bank anymore ONE STAR.

WORST BANK EVER I've been to 2 branches in the last 2 days and I was treated horribly. i will tell everyone that i know about my experience. Two different "Branch Banker's" were very rude to us and offered no help at all. They acted like they just wanted us to go away. very frustrating

I've been with BB&T for a while and they are a great bank! This particular branch takes a while whether you go in or go through the drive-thru. They are typically always backed up. What should take a few minutes, turns into 10 or more.
