“After being ignored for 20 minutes in the Best Buy just a couple of doors down, I walked into this store, mainly to cool myself down, and possibly buy something that caught my eye. The first thing that I saw when I walked in was a collapsible cart. I had been thinking of buying one of these to move my records around the house. I collect 78 RPM records, and they are very heavy and very fragile. The cashier noticed me reading the description on the packaging, and commented that she had one during her years to carry her textbook around. I asked her if she knew the inside dimensions because I needed it to be at least 12 inches wide on the inside. she said she didn't know, but she could get a measuring tape. She did. And it was 14 inches wide. she was very friendly, and her very helpful attitude cinched the sale for me. Star associate!”
