His Manager, Serina came to the rescue, not only bringing us the parts we needed (two trips, we gave Cam the wrong size the first time, our fault), she even put the hose on for us since my husband couldn't use his arm due to surgery. They went above and beyond to help us and we are more than grateful for the caring and public service we received from them both.”
