I can't say enough about the management staff of this store. We were stranded with a broken hose and coolant spraying out when we called and spoke with Asst. Manager, Cam. His Manager, Serina came to the rescue, not only bringing us the parts we needed (two trips, we gave Cam the wrong size the first time, our fault), she even put the hose on for us since my husband couldn't use his arm due to surgery. They went above and beyond to help us and we are more than grateful for the caring and public service we received from them both.

Gloria was Awesome! Helped me SO much! Put on my new wipers for me and found an 02 sensor for my car at a reasonable price! Smooth all the way. Thank you!

I had great customer service from Serina today when I went in to shop! She was quick, very knowledgeable about what I needed, and even suggested something else I had forgotten to ask for. It was a great experience and I will go back there for any future auto needs.

The people working here are always friendly and more often than not have the best price on the parts you are looking to purchase. Not like a small business in another town who say they don't have a product in stock but can have it within the same day but add an almost 20% markup. I will continue to do as much of my business concerning auto parts with O'Reilly's no matter which town I'm in when I need a car part

I walked in explaining that my battery was showing low power, which was messing with my brakes. Scary as a young woman driving alone. I explained to them that I didn’t feel comfortable driving it home, they just blankly stared at me. They didn’t seem to care a bit then proceeded to tell me I would need something I had never heard of before without offering to show me where the item would be or where I could purchase it elsewhere. They allowed me to walk back out of the store & leave to go find help at AutoZone. Misty at AutoZone is awesome, she listened intently & showed that she cared to get it fixed so I could go home.
