Their prices are outrageous all they do is keep going up the service is no better they're the only ones in Dothan that can screw you over they robbed you without a gun I wish some of the cable company will come to Dothan and put them right out of business

I would not recommend WOW for anyone at all. Service is extremely terrible, you can NOT call and speak to anyone at all. You only get a calling service out of country and they will not help you at all. XFINITY is coming to our area and I'll be checking them out for service.
