“Just happened to read the reviews when I looked up the phone #. I saw some bad reviews and was very surprised. I've been banking here for years and I really like it. Most reviews are left because things didn't go the way someone wanted it to. So you get a lot of bad reviews. Not many people leave reviews for all good that goes on at a business. I am here to tell you that this is a great place to do business. The people are friendly and are always on top of things. They have never let me down. If there is a problem, I'm sure they would like to make it right for you. You just have to be cordial and ask. So if you want to listen to the back reviews, go ahead. But you'll be missing out.”

“The people here are just the nicest! I've banked with them a while, a few minutes let's say. This branch is full service with a drive through and about 5 teller windows and several offices. Today a sweet assistant manager spent a good half hour with me doing a notarization for paperwork for my Mother's recent death. She carefully evaluated everything- Mom's bank account information, my bank account information, my driver's license, and the host of paperwork I brought in. She offered sage advice and offered to help my sister complete her affidavit tomorrow. If you meet the criteria for becoming a member here and the criteria is pretty vast, you should consider joining. They've always been honest, fair, and kind to me over many decades! I highly recommend and I believe they added mortgage financing recently. Their car financing has always been competitive and although I didn't check their entire parking lot, typically there are repossessed cars for sale in their lots. Give NAECU a visit, they are good people and so kind to their members!”
