stayed in room 210 the ac don’t work asked for another room with working ac but they told me they couldn’t change me rooms and refused to give me a refund there was a plate of food left in the fridge for god knows how long

Room : light switch but no light? Only lamps. And no pull thingy on shower so we cant shower. Overall nice location no one bothers us and service is nice
