“I just stayed one night at this DUMP…... Redoing first floor and was awoken at 5am by hammers! DIRTY room and VERY unfriendly female employee at front desk. I had a service animal and she still charged $75 because she said my dog barked while walking out of the lobby!!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN. DO NOT STAY HERE. SO SAD. Also looking out the window was dumpsters full of trash and we saw a RAT!!!! HAMPTON INN you know better!!!!!!!”

“Not a bad place to stay, good value for the money. Check in was quick and easy, the front desk associate was outstanding . The room was ok, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was small and cramped. The light in the shower has some spots of mold starting to form. Morning breakfast was nothing to really brag about. With that being said, we would stay there again.”

“The room smelled like strong cleaner when we walked in. The floor was dirty. The shower/tub controls need fixdd(either water too cold or hot). Bad choice of sink design. Bathroom door needed to be fixed.Noteworthy details: It was close to restaurants.”

“My husband and I had to make a trip to Athens for my sister's funeral. We stayed 2 nights. The lady at the desk was very nice and informative. Our room was nice and the heater worked great! There were some stains on the bathroom floor, behind the door that was questionable and it was dirty on the baseboard in the corner by the tub, but the beds were pretty comfy and it met our basic needs. Thank you econo lodge for great prices and great location!!”
