“Visiting the area for a fishing tournament for a long weekend - this gym has been a FANTASTIC find. I expected day passes only, but a week pass was the only option and priced extremely fair; I was actually shocked. The gym itself is very nice, clean and has a great amount of machines and free weights! Staff has been friendly as well. Very happy to be able to keep my routine while traveling!”

“I've been using this gym for over a year now. I love it. The staff is always very nice and courteous. Plenty of machines and weights to go around for everyone. Some of the equipment is a little on the older side but overall they still get the job done. If you like to swim they have an indoor pool. Plus they even have a sauna in the locker rooms.”

“Best gym in north alabama. BY FAR! Restrooms are always clean. Dressing room is always clean. Shower is always clean. Gym is always clean. Steve has expectations for the members here and the culture is to adhere to those expectations. The Lions Den has everything you need and more to build muscle, lose weight, or maintain your physique. The owner Steve is heavily involved and does a great job interacting with members and ensuring a safe, clean, and enjoyable workout environment. Highly recommend.”
