“Last night we had a storm hit our area. Internet went out. Come to find out the Router took a dive. I went to Athens, AL Spectrum store as a walk in. The Tech told me to take the Router in for exchange. I entered, and a gentleman named Grayson attended me. I explained the situation, he grabbed a new Router, updated my account and resolved my issue in minutes. I ask various questions about my account and he was able to answer and resolve any issues I had expeditiously. Enough that felt I wanted to write a review specifically about Grayson's resolve and professionalism. Thank you for having people like Grayson on your staff.”
