“So I have a favorite metro now, and a favorite metro employee, Tanner! He is just about the most amazing, pleasant, helpful man I've ever dealt with at a metro! Not only has he gone to great lengths to help me, but when I found a phone in the parking lot, he helped me return it to its owner, above and beyond the call of duty and altruistic! Swoon”

“The gentleman that looked at my phone was very polite and helpful. I was having a charging issue. He cleaned it up. The cable was still a little loose but definitely better than it was. He let me know that I would be needing a new port. But he would have to order it in. I was stopping from out of town so that wouldn't work for me. Again he couldn't have been any more helpful. Would definitely recommend this place.”

“I had a wonderful experience with Rae at the AT&T store yesterday! She helped me purchase my new iPhone 17 and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Even though the store was packed with customers, she stayed calm, greeted everyone with a smile, and did an incredible job juggling the busy environment while still making me feel like a priority. Rae was knowledgeable, patient, and answered all of my questions, making sure I felt confident with my purchase before I left. Great customer service is hard to find, and she truly went above and beyond. If you're visiting this AT&T store, I highly recommend asking for Rae!”

“I'm aware i'm not the best with phones, but I've never met someone like that youngster Christopher Robinson. I did my best not to make a pooh bear joke but couldn't resist. I will remember him and that name forever.”
