Publix Super Market at Eastside Junction is a nice, well-managed store that is usually well-stocked, allowing customers to get in and out quickly. It is one of the smaller Publix locations. The store offers excellent customer service from all employees and managers, who are friendly, happy to help, and go out of their way to take care of customers. They are known for being good with kids and for acts of courtesy like checking weather radar for shoppers or offering a rain coat during a storm. While some note the deli is not as good as another local Publix and that it may not have absolutely everything found at the larger store, the staff is always helpful, even retrieving specific items from the back. The combination of award-winning service, helpful associates, and a well-stocked selection makes shopping at this Publix a pleasure and an awesome experience for many.

Publix are always so pleasant to shop at. As soon as I enter the store I feel the stress if grocery shopping leave my body. Unlike Kroger or Walmart where my anxiety hit the roof. Store is clean, aisles are stocked and the employees are polite.
