“First Baptist Church is a great church to attend has a lot of ministry ideas and always has activities that you can attend Sunday school classes are better than most churches I have visited in the past and it's within walking distance or biking distance they really help out especially if you have health conditions they have nurses some nurses I know from doctors offices I go to I even met a nurse that works at a doctor office I go to and he knows what to do for me and tells me to follow up in doctor office I had a medical situation on last Sunday and I can't remember nurses name but he was nice and knew exactly what to do and then I walked in the service at 11 am and I seen nurse that works at asthma clinic in Decatur Alabama that I go to well technician and I told him about the situation and he already knew I had appointment on Monday morning and told me to make sure I come for shots in Decatur Alabama and he said he would check me out and get me a blood sugar machine and do blood work while I was in office on Monday so thanks to the staff and nurse that helped me and I did follow up with two doctors i always look forward to learning more if it wasn't for the nurse a police officer that knows me i guess i would have been messed up the athens city police officers is always saving my life and trying to get me to doctor office and calling ambulance and rapid responders that deal with asthmatic patients and the ambulance service calls technician that is on call for me great job on last sunday and quick responses i give first baptist church a 5 from Mary Lewis”

“My youngest son attended Loving Arms recently and the only reason we left the center was due to a schedule change and me staying home with him the rest of this year. Mrs. Shelly is the epitome of kindness and understanding. When my son would have a tough morning at drop off, she would send me an update to show me he was doing better! This is a small, family centered daycare that is also one of the most affordable. Thank you Mrs. Shelly and staff for the care you provided to my son and I will highly recommend anyone to come here if you need childcare!”

“I am in love with my job! I have been working here for almost 5 years. I have worked in 3 other schools throughout my childcare career, since 1998. This is by far the cleanest, most organized, caring and engaged center I have ever been at. The owner/director is active in the center and always listens to concerns, no matter how small or crazy they may be. Anything I need for my room is always provided and more. My son has attended here since he was a month old. I know my son is in the best place for his education and his well being. I see how each child is cared for and every aspect of a child's feelings and future are taken into consideration, when caring for them. The management is always listening and thinking of employees and students in the most productive way I have ever seen. I am proud to call this company my home. I plan to stay as long as I am needed.”
