“I had a blow out halfway through 12 hour drive around 8 at night, and a female traveling alone with my dog. The lady on the phone was very friendly and understanding I was wanting it done as quickly as possible. Driver was there within 20 minutes to put spare on. He was quick and super nice guy. They definitely made a bad situation much better! He also helped me pull luggage out and put old tire and rim in front of bed of my truck so I wouldn't have to pull it out to get luggage once I reached destination. Also felt the price was very reasonable!!”
