“They were awesome. My son was traveling thru Decatur and had a blow out. They towed the truck to Fort Payne for me and was on the scene less than 15 minutes. Great customer service and the driver Jessie was an outstanding young man!”

“J&L towed our Jeep Wrangler today. They put it right back in the driveway like it never left. They arrived before the stated arrival time and had us taken care of in a flash. The truck driver was incredibly nice also!”

“I've been going to Pro Tech for a couple of years now and they have always been friendly and helpful. I called them today and said I had a check engine light issue and would be there in a few minutes. When I got there the technician was waiting with the scanner in hand and got right to the problem. You can't beat that for service.”

“My family and I took a family vacation to Amelia Island and punctured one of our tires on the way. After we arrived at our hotel we got in contact with Alyssa from this road side assistance company who were very polite, communicative, and helpful. Call them directly and they will be there to assist. Absolutely top notch service. Thank yall!”

“We had plans to move our 40 ft. container on Saturday that fell through. I called Quality Towing and Recovery as soon as I realized we were stuck. He came out Sunday morning. He expertly moved the container to the perfect spot. He didn't damage the yard, the container, or any plants or trees. I was impressed with his skill with the truck and trailer. He was polite, efficient, and his price is very reasonable. I appreciate him coming out on a Sunday and finishing a job another company messed up. I don't know of any other company in the Trinity area that would or could do that. I highly recommend Quality Towing and Recovery to anyone in a bind.”

“Overall my vehicle looks like new. But they did miss a couple areas that needed color sanding and buffing. The finish does have swirl marks from buffing. And a couple devices need some attention.”

“Top notch towing service for sure. He arrived about 20 minutes after I called him. It was so easy to send him my exact location and to pay at the end. He took very good care of my husband’s older (family air loom) vehicle. He was very professional, straightforward, and kind to us. I would 10/10 recommend his services to anyone!”
