“Recently had a breakdown on our way to the beach. And to say we were blessed with where we broke down is an understatement. After a quick search we found BT’s Towing. They went above and beyond in every measure. Offered to pick us up with the car and my kids so we didn’t have to sit and wait for the rental car company to open. Made sure the car was taken care of so we could go on about our vacation without having to worry. Answered every call and question. The tow truck driver, Cedric was one of the nicest guys I’ve met. The dispatcher Hailey, one of the sweetest people I’ve ever talked to. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this whole company! If there’s anyone out there doing it right, it’s Barry and his crew! Absolutely truly blessed that our paths crossed!”
