“We had to track down a package this morning and when we arrived to this location, one of the drivers took us inside and one of the ladies working inside not only found our package on the truck, she gave us their direct phone number and said for us to call anytime and she would be happy to help us anyway she could. With the ice storm we had earlier in the week plus Monday was a federal holiday our package was delayed and it was medicine and we had to have it. This UPS location was AMAZING !!!!! If I could rate them with a higher rate, I would.”
