They have, not surprisingly, grown over the years and offer many additional products, services, etc. However, they STILL consistently provide the highest level of customer service. “I prefer this gas station due to prices and its a fairly quick in and out. You don't have to wait on people standing around too much not paying attention or congregating at the pumps, you get it and get out. The only thing I wish they did have was squeegees to wash your windshield with but I can understand the reasons why they might. I've seen people wash their cars with those things and that's what a car wash is for. Also they may not have more than one person on staff to keep up with the cleaning of the buckets and changing out damaged squeegees as well.”

“Constantly having to search for my son’s medication has been such a struggle - I’ve dealt with numerous rude (local, sadly) pharmacies.From my first call, to subsequent interactions with the employees of Auburn Pharmacy - Your pharmacy sets the customer service bar insanely high, and more businesses could benefit from shadowing y’all! I’ve never been to a pharmacy that is full of happy, down to Earth employees. The pharmacist was so patient with my questions too.Thank you all for easing my worries and being so incredibly nice.”
“Everyone here is great! They're fast, they're great at solving issues, and they'll remember you, even after just your first visit! Just great, local people supporting their community with great service. The one thing I'll note is they don't have any kind of notification system for when your medications are ready. So you never know when you can go get them without calling directly, which I feel bad doing since I know they're busy! And if there's an issue, you'll show up and there'll be nothing to get! I've had to take 2-3 trips a few times to get meds and now I have to call every time before I go and take up their time just to see if things are ready.”

“I’m so thankful for this pharmacy. Pharmacist Leanne is so kind and thoughtful. The staff is friendly. I often have complex questions and always feel welcome to ask the questions. Prescriptions are filled quickly and the hours are reasonable. The drive through is convenient. Pharmacists have a lot of great information. I see them as part of my health care team.”

“This pharmacy is the best! I had previously gone to CVS where the dismissive pharmacist assured me that my medication was going to be over $100 and that there was no generic version. Cayla at the public pharmacy had my bill below $20 for the same medication in under an hour!!!!! She was so sweet, caring, and helpful! Did what the other pharmacy assured me was “impossible” in under an hour. I will never go anywhere else from now on!”

“FIRST, CLEAN YOUR BATHROOMS! NASTY!!!! lady had gloves on heard my complaint said nothing went back to chatting it up with male co-worker. not a single clean stall. Inventory fully stocked. quick checkout. sadly, We could not browse clothing either bc it seems you ordeted full staff to block every aisle and unload freight before closing preventimg anyone from buying anything. so we left! we do love Sam's, hate walmart so at some point we will.come back.”

“I have used Adam's for about 40 years. June and her employees always have my medicine ordered and ready for me each month. I love the drive through because it keeps me from being exposed to other diseases. I also get vaccines there. Absolutely the BEST in Opelika!!!”
“They have anything and everything. Check out the fresh squeezed orange juice. If you are hungry they have all beef hotdogs and a drink under $3 and a large slice of pizza and drink under $2. It's pretty good and you can't beat the price. My husband bought my diamond earrings at Sam's. They are beautiful! They even have fresh made sushi. My only complaint is that they didn't have big bags of Three Musketeers when I went there last. Their bathrooms are always clean. There is plenty of parking and handicapped spaces, the store is wheelchair accessible and so is the bathroom. The center aisles where the candy and chips are located is more easy to navigate since they reorganize that area. They have a pharmacy and a tire center. You can order on line and do in store pickup. It also has a fuel station. And gas is cheap there!!”

“My spouse fainted after the vaccination. The pharmacist was very helpful to provide comfort and care until my spouse is fully recovered.
My young child got used to visits to "doctors" always end with a sticker. The staff at check-out overheard us explaining to our child that there is no sticker today. That staff called us back to give our child a sticker.
These kind of care is what makes CVS our favourite pharmacy. Thank you to both the pharmacist and the check-out staff!
