“This is an edit to my previous review about this business. After sending in a review where I felt like things did not go well, I was contacted by the owner from his personal cell phone. We discussed the events that had happened with my son. He was open to listening to my side of the story and did not try to interrupt me or say anything condescending to me or my perception of the events. We worked out something between the two of us and I told him that it really meant a lot that he reached out to me personally. My son has returned to his business and gotten the repairs at a fair price and on time delivery. Auburn student and parents are very satisfied and appreciative of the customer service provided by University Tire and Auto.”

“Had a thermostat housing fail on my truck and water pump as well Mike the owner was very honest and polite and so was his mechanic I brought my truck in this afternoon and they said they can have it back to me by tomorrow at lunch very fast service and great hard working people Mike also gave me a loaner car free of charge highly recommend this place and Wil not go anywhere else for my auto repairs and they are doing it for a reasonable price Highly highly recommend Woodham’s full service”

“Wonderful guys! I was driving back from Florida to South Carolina and my car decided to act up halfway through the trip. They quickly checked out my vehicle. Allowed us to wait in their ac office on a very hot day and were so hospitable and knowledgeable! Got us back on the road quickly! I believe this town is filled with angels with all the kindness from these men, my tow truck driver that got me there, and the sweet lady who checked on me when I was stuck on the side of the road with my kids. “Great service but even better staff, super friendly, transparent, and upfront. They gave me an initial quote based on estimated time, ordered original parts (made sure to show me the packages and old pieces), and stuck to the initial quote even after surpassing the original estimated time. It's clear that John does this because he loves motorcycles, not for the sake of turning a profit. After the pieces arrived, it took him just one day to complete the work. He washed the bike, cleaned the tires, and all, making it very clear that my bike was very well treated there. Definitely coming back!”

“Where to start. First, I found the Lynch dealership through Sam's Club TrueCar. Once I received a price quote, I called over and got connected with Christy. Super awesome gal! The truck was in transit and she gave me weekly updates. We even went back and forth discussing pricing, accessories, and the urgency of me needing a truck. I'm about to move away and I kind of needed the truck to help tow. No one else withing 100 miles had the same truck at the same price point. Christy called me informing me about the delivery. After a few days, we headed over and made the deal. I expressed that I needed this deal to be quick as I had to pick up my kid from school. Everyone hustled trying to accommodate my timeline. It was awesome! I had a pleasurable experience and I definitely would go back. Thanks Christy!”

“I found a nail in my Chevy 3500 day before leaving for a trip to haul my horses to Florida. Called service and they got me in within the hour, patched up my tire, checked my other tires and topped off my DEF. Mr. David was extremely tentative. Dealership answered my calls immediately.
