“Fred is very good at what he does. His knowledge of cars is amazing yet he's humble. His prices are very reasonable and he's honest. A dealership wanted to charge us over $1000 for brakes and Fred beat their price by more than half!! I highly recommend this shop!”

“They picked up a motorcycle my grandson wrecked and were phenomenal to us They sent pictures and kept in contact with us. My 79 year old husband drove it back to phenix city and a block away from them they were calling offering more help. Even made sure we got home safely Very nice owners who go above and beyond and were very kind to us They definitely are #1 in my book. Laura Aniol”

“We were passing through pulling our 5th Wheel and the brakes locked up on the RV due to bad brake box. They were so kind and got us fixed and back on our way. He even followed us to our campsite to make sure we got there safe that night and was back the next day with new parts to fix it. Thank you guys for such great customer service. Highly recommended!”

“So i was told by another shop that i needed a new oil pan and 2 new tires on my car. I had been going thru allot financially as a single mom and was stressing getting my car back in good working order. I decided to take it to Quality and the name suites them well! Elroy and TI were very helpful! They changed my oil without having to change the oil pan and helped me with the cheapest option with my tires and even detailed my car for me! They saved me over $300! They were fast, knowledgeable, and very sweet! I highly recommend this shop! They have a forever customer in me! And side note Smokey the shop dog is just adorable and i fell in love with her! Will definitely be back if just to see her often! Thank you TI and Elroy yall are awesome!!”
