Went to look at a F-150. The salesman was really nice but the financial guy with extremely rude. He tried to pressure me to buy a car with a car payment that I was not happy with. He stated that I couldn't get a loan anywhere else and they're the only people who would approve me. I was looking to purchase the car financed even though I could have bought it cash but i was looking for a certain amount to pay monthly which I stated from the beginning . He was trying to push me to pay a higher amount which was not agreed and was trying to keep me binded to a handwritten contract which was ridiculous.It was not a good experience I don't recommend coming there to purchase a vehicle. This was in the pre-owned section.

How SONS Ford Auburn treated me after buying a 80k truck that ended up in the shop, three months after i bought it.
1-10 rating for how I was treated
Sales manager 1
Service manager -1
Service department 3
My only guess is that they can receive calls but not return a call, not sure. Two weeks later im picking it back up. Also this is my third purchase from this dealership!

The communication was fantastic throughout the whole process of having my coolant lines replaced and the passenger compartment heater core replaced. Although the prices were quite high, I’m confident in knowing the work was done to Ford standards.
