“I had a question about a service they don’t provide, but when I contacted them via email I had a reply in less than 15 minutes, and they offered several suggestions for other places in the community that may be able to help. Excellent customer service! ?”

“To tell you all the good things about this place and the wonderful people who work here, just isn't enough. Every single one of these people are amazing, starting with Mandy, all the way to Steve. Turnaround time is EXCEPTIONAL. I literally ordered two 4x8 banners on Monday & had them by Wednesday. On one of the banners I made a mistake (not them) and they are still willing to help me correct it. Customer service is a 10, quality is a 10, over all business is 10000000000 !”

“Provided some complementary SEO guidance. This, combined with a strange telecom issue, got the phone ringing again at my roofing business. Still unsure what FCC/Hiya did with my phone number (likely greylisted it in 2020 SHAKEN/STIR without telling me due to someone using it as a spoof number, and cut off essentially all customer calls for several years until I could figure out what the issue was).”

“I did not print with them but I called them up about printing a scientific poster for university and they were patient enough to explain to me the legalities of it. I appreciate the patience”

“Been using master graphics to source our fetchme delivery company shirts since the begining and they've been great! Couldn't imagine using anyone else. They are prompt, easy to use and have a great price for what you are receiving. As someone who hires around 100 fetchers a year, We highly recommend them!”

“Great work done by a super friendly and helpful staff! I came to the guys wanting to print a “new brand” for my wife’s birthday present. Came up so beautiful and much cheaper than expected. Totally recommended! I’m sure about to come again for many other ideas.”
