I had an unsatisfactory experience due to very inexperienced staff member . Additionally, I was promised a callback to address the issue they caused, but unfortunately, I never received that call.

Had a unique situation that I wasn’t sure they would be able to accommodate. However, I spoke with Tim and he was super helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to set me up with exactly what I needed. Took his time to make sure I was taken care of. 10/10 customer service.
