Had a unique situation that I wasn’t sure they would be able to accommodate. However, I spoke with Tim and he was super helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to set me up with exactly what I needed. Took his time to make sure I was taken care of. 10/10 customer service.

I purchased a Belkin I Phone 12 charger about a month ago. The charger never worked. It wouldn’t work in my car, at home, nor with my battery pack. On August 28, I took the charger back to this store. I was told it had a 14 day return policy. I’m almost certain they told me 30 days when I purchased it. But, that’s not the issue really. I told the guy but the charger never worked. He said I could try and get a refund from the manufacturer. I didn’t buy it from the manufacturer, I bought it from T Mobile. I told the guy twice, you sold me something that never worked. I feel lied to and cheated out of my money. There’s nothing wrong with my phone, so that’s not the issue. I’ve been thinking about switching to Verizon, and I think this was the tipping point!!

When I went there they tried to help me order the phone but it was unsuccessful three times I don’t know why but the store manger (MIKE) order one from another store and was able to get my phone I wanted the team their is dope Tim Kia Mike and I totally forgot the other name but go their when u are upgrading they will do all they can to help

The employees were very awesome and wonderfully helped me and I got some deals and some plans that I just might do and they were thoughtful and sweet and I would send my family and my friends there.

I went into the location on South College to take care of something for my parents. The staff was exceptional. I have been to the Opelika [Tiger Town] location which is why I use Verizon personally because the service during that trip was horrid.Had I visited the South College location instead I would be a T Mobile customer. Either way the South Colllege location does customer service exactly like it's supposed to be done.

I just had the best five star service I could’ve ever asked for at this T-Mobile store. JT and Thad Helped in making sure we were completely satisfied with each and every step of our process. I would hope each and every T-Mobile store could follow the path that I just watched JT and Thad exemplify. They were both rock stars!!
