Great place to live. Management is wonderful. Never had an issue!

Elevators break every weekend which is extremely inconvenient, hot tub and golf sim are broken, packages and mail take forever to get handled and sorted by management, and the worst part by far is the fire alarm goes off every 0.2 seconds

All the good reviews seen are incentivized with prizes. Power keeps going off at Uncommon and it’s kind of annoying. Also we just got back from Winter break and the hallways already look like this. Crazy place to live. I bet it will change its name by the end of the semester.

Next year I will be a 3rd year resident at the uncommon and I couldn’t be happier! I have had an amazing experience living here. The community is fantastic, and the staff is incredibly friendly and responsive. The apartments are modern, spacious, and well-maintained. The amenities, from the pool to the fitness center are top-notch. Prime location with minimal noise at all times. Elevators are always working and the space is always clean. Maintenance is very prompt but issues are very rare! I couldn't have asked for a better place to call home. Highly recommend!

I was very hesitant about living off campus as a freshman, but Uncommon has been an awesome experience and it is very close to campus! I feel so at home in my apartment and having my own room and bathroom is something that I could not imagine being without. The apartments are very spacious, and there are an abundant amount of hang out spots and study locations that I utilize every day. I have spent lots of my time in the gym and pool area, often inviting my friends over for a grill out in the outside lounge. I highly recommend living here, you will never feel bored!

Living at Uncommon has truly been a delightful experience! Since moving in this August, every day has been great, making it an absolute pleasure to recommend this hidden gem to others. I'm such a big fan of it that I've even recommended that my little brother make Uncommon his home when he starts at Auburn next year!Residing on the top floor has its own set of perks, and the great view is undoubtedly one of them. Waking up to the sight of downtown and catching glimpses of the Jordan-Hare Stadium from my window is an everyday luxury that never loses its charm. It adds an extra layer of excitement to my Uncommon living experience. The convenience of being able to walk to class daily without the hassle of parking has been a game-changer for me. It not only saves time but also injects a refreshing and active element into my routine. The location truly makes a difference, creating a stress-free and enjoyable living environment. One standout feature that sets Uncommon apart is the incredible staff. They are super helpful and responsive. I once put in a maintenance request on move-in day, and it was taken care of within the hour—talk about efficient service!Beyond the excellent living spaces and convenient location, Uncommon goes the extra mile in creating a sense of community. From game day watch parties for away games to festive events like pumpkin painting for Halloween, there's always something fun happening. Attending these events adds a unique touch to my living experience, and it's heartening to see a complex that genuinely cares about its residents the way Uncommon does.If you're looking for more than just a place to live but a community that enhances your lifestyle, Uncommon is the place to be. I can't recommend it enough!

I have lived at Uncommon since August 2020 and have decided to continue living here until my graduation next year. I love how close Uncommon is to the engineering buildings as it makes getting to class very easy. There are also so many cool amenities that Uncommon offers and the staff is very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend Uncommon Auburn as the premier student living option for any Auburn student and you should definitely check out the property and get a tour if you’re interested!

AVOID!!! This place is awful! The management overall is terrible. The elevators are always broken and out of the I think 6 elevators they have almost always half are not working which makes getting to your apartment easily 10 minutes from the elevator lobby since there are 4 floors for parking and 5 more floors for apartments. The elevators are always disgusting, management apparently doesn’t have cleaning people. Today I was in an elevator that had 2 day old spilt ice cream all over the floors. The key scanner in the elevator falls off, and the elevator shakes and squeaks. Multiple maintenance requests have been put in for the dryer (upwards of 20) and still it does not work, actaully it has begun to bang around the closet making an incredible amount of noise, never mind the maintenance request for a simple lightbulb change. The people who work at the from are incredibly rude, making accusations about who made a mess and threatening to charge a $1000 fee with no proof of their accusations. You guys I know it looks nice from the outside but pleaseeeee look elsewhere! The only positive about this place is you can walk to campus, which there are a ton of other places that are walking distance.

Absolutely the most unprofessional and shady company to do business with!! No response from management and after signing lease, they claimed it wasn’t signed and then send me a new lease with a higher rent.. if at all possible, DO NOT rent from this management company, I have never dealt with such ignorant and unprofessional employees..

We are paying $1600 a month one bedroom for our daughter. The facilities are extremely filthy and has s staff who truly doesn’t care. My daughter’s refrigerator was infested with thousands of bugs during summer. The building experienced several power failures during the summer, their inexpensive appliances apparently don't automatically turn-on after power outages which they knew, yet, didn’t bother to check. They replaced her refrigerator with an even cheaper version with no ice maker.Today we brought groceries and supplies. Every trash can was running over. Every elevator filthy no matter where you turn is trash and filth. Wish I had taken photos of the worse. Ive begged my daughter to find another place. She had friends living there now she wishes she had listen. This company doesn't care. Trust me it’s disgusting. The windows on outside have never been cleaned. NEVER!!!Its now August 22nd we returned to my daughters apartment at Uncommon Auburn tonight. The security pad is destroyed and has been for sometime. The trash shoots on her floor are totally backed up and the odor is unbearable. The swimming pool and area is possessed with tons of old food, beer cans and trash. The entire building is filthy and unsecured. Im hiring an attorney if you are a resident at Uncommon Auburn please email me at Chase.F18@gmail. com. We are stopping payment of full rent payment and if needed we will sue CA Ventures. There is zero security to protect residents safety. Stairwells and parking lot gates are wide open. Check out the level of trash. Warning they lie about your deposits they literally steal them.We are going to take this to courts if needed

The stairwells are full of Dog Pooplastly the entry and the landscaping in the front is loaded with garbageit could be a good uncommon but the reality is that it is truly not

Scammers and dishonest. Charged a 300 dollar cleaning fee. First off they didn’t clean the apartment upon move in..we noted that in the inspection..cleaned it ourselves. They had the nerve upon move out to tell us they did. Never mind what the inspection said. They charged us for dust on the walls..are you kidding me? Then they lied and said they painted the apartment before we moved in..another lie. There was damage we noted. Of course now they see small bucks in the paint and charged us. But they did see their way into taking 100 dollars off. Amazing. Do not trust these people, get pictures and everything in writing to include an acknowledgment of the damage inspection. Better yet do not rent here. Hallways are terribly dirty and the people up front are rude. Shameful.Update: check out the response below. Sorry but not sorry. You are unbelievable. Parents do not rent from here..will be a disaster. I will make sure I get the word out.

I've had a great experience with Uncommon. Anytime I had a problem and contacted management they were very nice and eager to help. The location is great, the rooms are big, they offer great amenities, and my son enjoyed his time there.
