Residents appreciate the clean, well-maintained property and attentive staff, with many renewing their leases year after year. The location is highly convenient, close to campus, and the community boasts great amenities like a pool and gym. However, some issues have been noted, including frequent AC breakdowns, broken pool chairs, extra fees, and inconsistent guest parking passes that can lead to towing and additional charges. Despite these problems, many residents find the community to be a good place to live, thanks to its location, amenities, and friendly people.

I lived here for a year and I loved it. Maintenance was quick to help when needed and management is very nice. Never had a bad experience.
