About United States Postal Service
The United States Postal Service (USPS) is the only organization in the country that regularly delivers to every residential and business address. USPS is committed to providing secure, reliable, and affordable delivery of mail and packages to more than 157 million addresses in the United States, its territories, and its military bases worldwide. Processing and delivering 47 percent of the world's mail, USPS manages over 30,000 retail locations and constantly innovates to make customer experiences better. Customers generally have positive experiences at the local Post Office, with employees described as courteous, helpful, friendly, and patient, even with "difficult" customers. However, some minor complaints include a shortage of shipping materials, issues with stamp machines, and long wait times at the window, which can be exacerbated by customers not being prepared. While delivery issues are occasionally reported, such as receiving a neighbor's mail, customers are usually willing to help resolve the situation. Overall, the USPS provides reliable and accessible postal services, with dedicated employees who strive to ensure a positive customer experience.

Shoved my SHEIN package into the mailbox and it got stuck. They need to stop being lazy and deliver large packages to the door!

Great customer service, but they never have the stamps I need. I know everything is done online now, but that's not always the convenient option for most. I just wanna buy priority stamps that's ittttt! 😂
