I stopped by the Zales in the Auburn Mall to fix the clasp to a necklace. After being quoted over 100 dollars by other jewelers, the customer service staff identified the issue and fixed the clasp in under 10 minutes, free of charge. This was my first experience at this Jeweler, and I will be happily returning in the future.
