Caliber Collision treated us with top notch respect throughout the entire process. From day 1 walking in to a week and a half later (SUPER QUICK) , they communicated very well. State Farm has Caliber pre approved, so from the day of making the claim to day of repair start was almost immediate! They are real people serving other real people. The quality of work is also top knotch! They made the car look brand new again! (Little sister crunched it up pretty bad).
10 out of 10 recommend!”

“Dropped off an old dirty 40 year old alternator from a Mack R model dump truck. When I picked it up the thing looked like brand new and it works like brand new. They replaced a ton of stuff inside of it and the price was super cheap. I could hardly believe it. I rarely give out reviews but this place gets a five plus star rating.”

“This is the only place that will touch my vehicles if I can’t fix it at home. I’ve been bringing vehicles to them for years for repair and never had an issue afterwards with any of their work. You can expect to leave it for a while because they are always busy but that shows just how good they are and I don’t mind. I’ve had everything done from radiator replacement to a whole engine swap with zero issues afterwards. Prices for work are reasonable on what all has to come out of these cars now days to access the problems to be fixed some people don’t realize that but it’s not just reach in and unscrew a bolt anymore. I hope they stay open for a long time it’s hard to find a honest reliable mechanic.”
“My car broke down not to far from their shop so I had it towed in. They were extremely honest and helpful, even admitting it might take a couple days before they could look at it, but I heard from the next weekday. They were informative, and made helpful recommendations even though the problem didn't seem to be something to could assist with. Five stars for old fashioned honesty!”

“Shout out to Preferred Auto Repair at 810 Saraland Blvd S # C. We (my uncle) were told at a different tire shop here in Saraland that he needed work done to the front end. The first time we went there he had just got it done and they said it needed more work. So today, I picked his truck up to drop off there to get what work they said needed to be done, done. They call him and tell him something else was wrong with it and they couldn't do it. I picked it up and brought it to Preferred Auto and they said there wasn't anything at all wrong with the front end and did the alignment for him. So thank y'all for being so nice and trustworthy!”

“These are wonderful, decent humans at this locally owned father-son business. They do quality work at fair prices. We have used them for decades for car upholstery, headliners and sunroofs (the drain lines get clogged from parking under trees), and they covered the clothes guard side pieces of wheelchair in no time bc they’re so sweet and caring. They deserve an award.”

This was my first repair at L&P, the office staff was very quick to answer questions and give a quote without having to bring the vehicle in to be checked out, this was very helpful with my busy schedule, after dropping the vehicle off in the afternoon, the vehicle was ready next day, I was also called and asked to approve additional parts needed so no surprises on my bill. Everything fixed and I am back on the road! Thank you guys for great service!”
“Very good place, I had my appointment for 7am, I went at 6am at drivers entrance door(close to dock 8), did check in, and wait 10min only for someone else to move from dock 10, 35min after get on dock I was unloaded.”
