Caliber Collision treated us with top notch respect throughout the entire process. From day 1 walking in to a week and a half later (SUPER QUICK) , they communicated very well. State Farm has Caliber pre approved, so from the day of making the claim to day of repair start was almost immediate! They are real people serving other real people. The quality of work is also top knotch! They made the car look brand new again! (Little sister crunched it up pretty bad).

“Dropped off an old dirty 40 year old alternator from a Mack R model dump truck. When I picked it up the thing looked like brand new and it works like brand new. They replaced a ton of stuff inside of it and the price was super cheap. I could hardly believe it. I rarely give out reviews but this place gets a five plus star rating.”

“This is the only place that will touch my vehicles if I can’t fix it at home. I’ve been bringing vehicles to them for years for repair and never had an issue afterwards with any of their work. You can expect to leave it for a while because they are always busy but that shows just how good they are and I don’t mind. I’ve had everything done from radiator replacement to a whole engine swap with zero issues afterwards. Prices for work are reasonable on what all has to come out of these cars now days to access the problems to be fixed some people don’t realize that but it’s not just reach in and unscrew a bolt anymore. I hope they stay open for a long time it’s hard to find a honest reliable mechanic.”
“Thronson did an amazing job on my car! Considering the previous damage, you would never know that a truck trailer tore into my back driver door and crushed it up like a soda can lol. Timing was reasonable and it was a very easy process between State Farm, Thronson, and myself! Definitely recommend! 10 out of 10 🙂”

“Shout out to Preferred Auto Repair at 810 Saraland Blvd S # C. We (my uncle) were told at a different tire shop here in Saraland that he needed work done to the front end. The first time we went there he had just got it done and they said it needed more work. So today, I picked his truck up to drop off there to get what work they said needed to be done, done. They call him and tell him something else was wrong with it and they couldn't do it. I picked it up and brought it to Preferred Auto and they said there wasn't anything at all wrong with the front end and did the alignment for him. So thank y'all for being so nice and trustworthy!”
“These are wonderful, decent humans at this locally owned father-son business. They do quality work at fair prices. We have used them for decades for car upholstery, headliners and sunroofs (the drain lines get clogged from parking under trees), and they covered the clothes guard side pieces of wheelchair in no time bc they’re so sweet and caring. They deserve an award.”
“After purchasing our vehicle, we started have issues. We took it to a couple of different places, and each one either didn’t know what was wrong, or gave a worst case scenario. Brought it to A&S, and he had it diagnosed and repaired within two days. Zero issues since. Highly recommend, and although I hope to never have to do business with him again, I will bring my vehicle back to him in a heart beat.”

This was my first repair at L&P, the office staff was very quick to answer questions and give a quote without having to bring the vehicle in to be checked out, this was very helpful with my busy schedule, after dropping the vehicle off in the afternoon, the vehicle was ready next day, I was also called and asked to approve additional parts needed so no surprises on my bill. Everything fixed and I am back on the road! Thank you guys for great service!”

“Very good place, I had my appointment for 7am, I went at 6am at drivers entrance door(close to dock 8), did check in, and wait 10min only for someone else to move from dock 10, 35min after get on dock I was unloaded.”
“Family had issue with valve stem on camper tire. They took excellent care and had them back on the road quickly. The two guys working did an amazing job and even helped watch traffic to get out.”
“Not the stores fault, but I ordered 4 tires and scheduled an appointment to have them put on. I called to make sure they were there was assured that they were. I arrived an hour early for my appointment which the manager said was perfect. I arrived and was told that it would be an hour an half to put them on. No worries.An hour later, the manager told me that only 3 of my tires came in. He apologized and stated that it was an error on the online side. Again, wasn't mad. Tired? yes. Mad? no.They told me they were sorry which I believed and they put 3 tires on, and I have to return tomorrow after I call and make sure the tire arrived.Good customer service. It was not there fault. It's totally my bad for buying them and having them delivered during Christmas.They couldn't have been more apologetic or gracious.Even though this is my issue, I would definitely use them again.”

“Mavis tires entire team was beyond helpful and courteous. We were traveling home from the beach and got a nail in our tire. The team at Mavis helped us not only get our tire fixed, got the spare taken off and replaced back under the truck and all for under $50. Some of the most considerate and courteous staff as well. The team at Mavis helped get us taken care of and back on the road with so much much ease.”
