“I had such a great experience at this CVS thanks to a tall gentleman (I’m sorry I didn’t get his name) and Annette. I had placed an online order and part of it was canceled, which would have caused me to lose some of my ECBs. They took the time to walk through everything with me and helped me figure out what I could do so that didn’t happen.
I know to some people it might not seem like a big deal, but we’re on a fixed income and I really try to stretch every dollar. They were incredibly patient, kind, and never made me feel rushed or silly for asking questions. I truly appreciate the care and effort they put into helping me. “Today I moved all my prescriptions from a retail chain to this pharmacy. The pharmacy has an old small town feel and the staff were fantastic. Pharmacist Bell took time to thank us for coming and gave us a brief history of his pharmacy. He accepts all insurance and plans. My husband has a BCBS AL plan that the pharmacy I was using would not accept so he drove to Spanish Fort for fills. He moved his here today so no more 30+ minute drives for pickup.”
