“I take my vehicle there for every oil change...they are quick, professional and have identified several repairs outside of the oil change before it became a problem. (Things like noticing coolant
coming out of the weep hole in the water pump, brakes getting worn, ECT...)...
The pricing is very reasonable if you have the discount codes by signing up for their email notifications...

“It was late June back in '23. I was behind the wheel of my old '79 Z/28 chasing down a rodeo man who skipped town without paying for a prize bull, and Highway 52 in Helena, Alabama, was on the trail.
Just past the Cahaba River, my front right tire blew out with a loud BANG, sending my old hot rod skidding to the shoulder. I stepped out, hands on hips. “Well,” I muttered, “that’s a fine how-do-you-do.”
A passing Jeep driver rolled down the window. “Helena Tire Doctor’s up the road. Ask for Rayme.”
Soon after, I was standing at the entrance of the cinderblock shop, greeted by a man wearin' a Texas Tuxedo - That's two different shades of denim for you city folk.
“Tire on 52?” He asked.
“Sure as I'm standin' here. Name’s Nate.”
“I’m Rayme. Let’s get you rolling.”
He had the tire swapped in no time, handed me a coffee and cinnamon roll, and sent me on my way.
As I tipped my hat from the driver’s seat, I said, “You run a damn fine shop. I believe I'll be leaving 5 stars on Google.”
Rayme grinned. “We like to keep the cowboys rollin’. Safe travels.”
And with that, I hit the road—chasing justice on four fresh tires and a full stomach.”

“These guys will simply not take my money. I don't know what's wrong with them. Two cars I tried to bring in, they looked them over, test drove, said it wasn't necessary to service the transmission (even ruled transmission out for a problem I thought HAD to be related). Very strange people but I guess if you're the type of person that doesn't like to spend money if you don't have to, this is the shop for you! Ten stars.”
“Back in 1998 I jumped off my car. The car was stuck in limp mode after. Took it to dealer and they said the ECU needs to be replaced. I called Bimmer and they said to disconnect the battery for 10 min. It worked. Haven’t seen them in years but still remember being a long time customer after that.”
“While traveling home from Missouri to Florida, the engine light came on in Birmingham Ala. After a stop at an auto parts store, it was coding for an issue with the transmission. I got off highway and stopped at a hotel for the night. I started looking for shops that were somewhat close to where I was staying. The next day, after not getting an answer at the first one I called, I called Valley Drive Auto and Brian answered the phone. He told me to bring it in and he would take a look at it. After he took it for a test drive and monitoring the truck, he determined the best course of action would be to replace the transmission and I agreed. He made a couple calls and found one that was available and it would be delivered the same day or first thing the next day. It showed up around 1300 the same day and he called me to bring truck back. I brought the truck back to the shop and Brian was nice enough to give me a ride back to my hotel ( ~5 miles or so). The next day he called me at ~1130 telling me the work was done. He then came and picked me up at the hotel to bring me back to his shop. I had an absolutely positive experience with this shop and I highly recommend them. Thank you Brian and crew for working me in!”

“I was able to hire ABC cutting contractors down in Daphne, AL. I spoke with Mr. Russell, he helped me come up with a plan for drainage across my driveway and then deployed Brady out to make the cuts. Brady showed up on time and ready to work. He knew exactly what to do, and cut an exact and price trench across the driveway for me to fit my drain in. I’m thoroughly please with this company. I know I’m not a huge client, but I was still treated as such and I appreciate that so much. Thank you ABC Cutting Contractors!”

“I was referred to GP&G by Jerry's Transmission in Hueytown as one of the best mechanic shops in the area. When I arrived the owner said it would be two weeks before they could look at it. It did take two weeks but then my car was fixed in a day and they did an oil change. They fixed the sensors, steering column, and crank shaft. The staff is friendly and honest and the prices were more than reasonable. My car is driving as if it were new. They even delivered my car to my home a few miles away when I couldn't make it there on time from work. I would highly recommend them as they were worth the wait.”
