“I recently took my Lexus ES 350 to Lexus Of Birmingham who told me I need a new Water pump and a couple other things. Charge was gonna be almost $2000. I called Jack at Express Oil and he said he would be glad to look at it. I have been working with Jack for over 25 years. He met me as I drove up with one of his best mechanics and told me he would check it out and let me know. Turns out all I needed was a gas cap to the tune of $75. “My service advisor was awesome this time. He didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need and simply recommended that I would need two new rear tires soon.
I really appreciated the honesty because my last visit was a different experience. At that time, I spent a good amount of money on service, and I was also told I needed four new tires, even though I had replaced the left-side tire less than six months earlier. I chose not to purchase the tires then.
This visit was much better. I appreciate being able to come in without feeling pressured into unnecessary services. Honest recommendations go a long way and make me much more likely to return.”

Alex was so kind and knowledgeable that he ask to see my sticker to check to see if they had the oil in the store and they did. I truly appreciate Mr Alex taking the time to make me feel important and honored my time. I stayed and meet Danyelle which assisted me in my oil change. Great service and I will return.”

“I’m just a girl trying to keep my car on the road. 😂 During an oil change, I found out my left front tire was completely bald and showing cords. I had saved two of my old tires when I bought a new set because they still had plenty of life left, so I just needed one of those put back on. I called several places, but nobody would install a used tire. Thankfully, I found this company. They came out the very next morning, had the tire changed in about 20 minutes, and saved me a ton of time and money. Since I’m planning to get a new car soon, I really didn’t want to spend hundreds on a brand-new tire. I’m so grateful they were willing to help. I’ll definitely be using them again for any tire needs in the Birmingham area!”
“Mavis 280 location.... I live no where near this location. The reason why I continue to drive out to it is the consistency and compassion these guys have!!! My last two trips which were back to back not only were they late by an hour getting off but they fixed a problem I had with my rotors.
Fast forward 5 days, I come back as instructed by Kendall for a lug nut. That's when I meet Ashton. Ashton was only supposed to fix the lug nut. But because my engine was so hot even after sitting it prompted him to look at my oil dip stick. Well thank God he did, had he not no telling what would have happened. My oil was not even registered on the dip stick. These two guys made it safe for me to get home and I'll be back in another 5 days for my oil change. I guess I say all this to say. I know sometimes we dread going to get out oil changed or car looked at for a specific reason because they always find 20 other things that could be fixed. However, these guys at the Mavis 280 are a class act! No pressure and no nonsense. Not to mention Kendall has THEEEE BEST customer service! Thanks guys again, I appreciate you more then you know!”

“We chose Riverchase Collision Repair because of its high ratings and we experienced excellent service ourselves. I called and the lady I spoke with was friendly and helpful. We were able to take the car in that day for inspection and an estimate. It was quick and easy and I received a quote back very quickly. We took the car in and the repairs were made…it looks great! The car was completed and returned to us in the promised time frame. The price was fair and reasonable. Actually, it was much less than I had anticipated. We would highly recommend!”
“I had a really great experience with Green Garage. My Volkswagen was having several computer issues and some other relatively minor issues, and I’d heard good things about Green Garage, so I gave them a call.
My car is running perfectly now, so they did all of that work well, but what stood out to me most was the service. The lobby was clean, cool (it was really hot outside) and welcoming. Everyone I met was friendly and not at all condescending. Having car trouble is never a fun experience, but they made it as comfortable as possible.
I also love that they were very clear about the repairs, and they communicated them really clearly. I signed up for text messages, so they texted and emailed me my quote with a clear explanation of what was going on, and I could sign right there and approve the work. I have a lot of meetings during the day, and it’s tough to get out of them to take a phone call, so this was super convenient, and it meant I was able to approve the work and they could get started on it even when I didn’t have time to talk.
They had most of the work done same-day and I could’ve taken my car home at the end of the day. I ended up asking for something else, so they had it one more day, but it was still extremely quick.
I know how hard it is to find a mechanic that you can trust, who’s friendly and competent and doesn’t make you feel stupid, and I’m really thankful that I’ve found one in Green Garage.”

The repairs they performed didn’t end up resolving the underlying issue, but what really stood out was how they handled it with integrity. They were upfront and honest about the fact that the fix hadn’t worked, instead of trying to oversell or guess their way through it, which is refreshingly rare in this industry. “They had to trouble shoot after installing starter it still didnt crank. Tre was super polite nice guy and the manager took good care to make sure my truck was fixed
..Super good people brought in a mechanic BUDDY from a different store he knew my truck issue was a ground wire and got it running..fixed leak in radiator filled it up and got me on the road. They close at 5 it was 6 pm.when I got out of there Buddy went above beyond to help me my truck didnt want to run!, They were so helpful so I wasnt stuck there all weekend with a horse in the parking lot. I don't live around there and I had a horse on my trailer and they spent all day and into 6:00 p.m. fixing my truck I sure appreciate these men you have no idea...”
