“Went in for the coupon today. $44.99 on a oil change. Regular 59.99 however, my car supposedly has to have plastic plug changed every time. As well it holds 6.25 instead of five So there was an extra charge for that. 44.99 on the coupon to $80. They said it was $99 regular and then $15 off. I'll explain to Erich The manager that the coupon does not say all that it just says if there's extra court so I get the extra $15 but it ended up being like 30 extra dollars
The manager was happy to help me and understood while I was upset because that's not what the coupon said when I came in. Extra $15 charge but it still doesn't make up for 30 bucks so he explained it to me. I told him my wife had been Hueytown Alabama several times express over there and no one has explained to her while I was always $70 after the coupon and my oil change was always 40 or less after the coupons.
The technicians were really friendly. Took longer to get in the bay than it did the oil change. But I was happy with the result and customer service is why I'm giving this five stars”

“I had an excellent experience with Town & Country in Bessemer, AL. From the moment I found the vehicle on Autotrader to well after the purchase, their team was phenomenal. Richard was my main contact and worked tirelessly with me until we reached an agreement. Scheduling pickup was simple and seamless.
When Richard couldn’t be there at the last minute, he called ahead and introduced me to Jacorius, who assisted with the delivery. Both Richard and Jacorius were fantastic, professional, helpful, and answered all my questions.
Even after I drove off, I reached out to Richard with a few concerns (first-time truck owner), and he immediately addressed them by working with the shop team rather than giving quick answers. That level of honesty and follow-through really stood out.

“While traveling home from Missouri to Florida, the engine light came on in Birmingham Ala. After a stop at an auto parts store, it was coding for an issue with the transmission. I got off highway and stopped at a hotel for the night. I started looking for shops that were somewhat close to where I was staying. The next day, after not getting an answer at the first one I called, I called Valley Drive Auto and Brian answered the phone. He told me to bring it in and he would take a look at it. After he took it for a test drive and monitoring the truck, he determined the best course of action would be to replace the transmission and I agreed. He made a couple calls and found one that was available and it would be delivered the same day or first thing the next day. It showed up around 1300 the same day and he called me to bring truck back. I brought the truck back to the shop and Brian was nice enough to give me a ride back to my hotel ( ~5 miles or so). The next day he called me at ~1130 telling me the work was done. He then came and picked me up at the hotel to bring me back to his shop. I had an absolutely positive experience with this shop and I highly recommend them. Thank you Brian and crew for working me in!”

“Back in 1998 I jumped off my car. The car was stuck in limp mode after. Took it to dealer and they said the ECU needs to be replaced. I called Bimmer and they said to disconnect the battery for 10 min. It worked. Haven’t seen them in years but still remember being a long time customer after that.”

“I was referred to GP&G by Jerry's Transmission in Hueytown as one of the best mechanic shops in the area. When I arrived the owner said it would be two weeks before they could look at it. It did take two weeks but then my car was fixed in a day and they did an oil change. They fixed the sensors, steering column, and crank shaft. The staff is friendly and honest and the prices were more than reasonable. My car is driving as if it were new. They even delivered my car to my home a few miles away when I couldn't make it there on time from work. I would highly recommend them as they were worth the wait.”
