“I called this company one day looking for fasteners because my three car trailer had began detaching from the fifth wheel. All of the bolts had broken and I was at risk of the trailer coming off of my truck. After I explain to Ashton that I was in A bad situation and was stuck on the side of the road he immediately asked for pictures of the part that I needed and offered to bring the parts to me 20 minutes away. This guy was awesome and I was very pleased and impressed because he did not have to do that. I travel from state to state along the East Coast every day and rarely do you find people that will break their back to make sure you’re OK and safe. I really appreciate you Ashton! Good people deserve to be recognized!”

The associates at the local store do not know whats going on ever, and getting anyone to help on the phone is hopeless. Lowes needs to polish their delivery process. You either get defective products, or don’t get the product at all.2/6/24 Update: Our order was delivered after some mishaps.”
