“I make it a point to stop in this store every time I come through Birmingham. Both of the Guys that work here are AWSOME!! Every time I stop in they take time to show me some good cigars that they have gotten in and point me to a great Bourbon or Scotch that will complement the cigars. They have never missed.”
“Skip is one of the coolest people you will ever meet. He has been the owner of the shop as long as I can remember. My grandfather used to frequent his shop. I got to chatting with him today and he was telling me about another customer of his. Four generations of this customer's family has shopped at the briary. Such amazing stories.
I also wanted to add that I typically visit another pipe tobacco store in Huntsville as I work there and it's more convenient. But today I wanted to go to the briary, so I went out of my way to stop. Just realizing my go-to pipe tobacco is half the price here than what it is in Huntsville. Major score.

“Luv this place, friendly atmosphere, Great place to relax and clear your mind, great selections of cigars but I like to see other brands such as Palina cigars and Drew Estate Nica Rustica Adobe Gordon, and Maduro by far is my fav type. I been buying cigars from this place for many years, from a beginner to an experience smoker now and it is by far one of my hobbies that I enjoy out of life. Owning cigars is an expensive habit But if you enjoy something with a passion why not just do it, that is part of enjoying life.”

“Been a customer for over 5 years now. The folks behind the counter are friendly and helpful. I get tubes and cig suppies for my wife. I wish they had more pipe tobacco and pipe supplies. I would give them 5 stars. Not many pipe smokers around so I understand. Some shops are a bit snooty about pipes but these people are down to earth. Good selection of accessories and cigars for the stogies crowd as well.”
“BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I’ve been going to smoke shops for 30 yrs and NEVER has anyone spent so much time helping me find what I needed. I have vapes that I can’t use because people smoke shops usually won’t help me track down what I need, I’m not a vape professional I just vape. The young man who works there will spend the time to get what you need, if he doesn’t know, he will call someone who does know, he just help me get vapes working that I haven’t had working in five years also, their selection of new vapes is second to none. The kid who works there is cool to work with & their selection is awesome. If you can’t find a juice, or a coil or a pod come here they got it and they will take the time to help you find it. Smoke best smoke shop in the southeast and I travel across seven states”
