They just gave me hard times when I stop there today to drop off my package. The lady in the back so rude and unfriendly. I don’t know who is she but I can tell she hate her job so bad. I don’t expect anyone have to say Hi or How are you like customers service should do, I just need some help to return, not force me to using the scan machine to do all by myself even I already said I can wait . She look at me and repeated that to tell me to use the machine instead standing on the line. And yelling when I ask for reprint the Lable because the one I got out of machine accidentally was messed up . So rude and unprofessional. I would like to give them 0 stars if I can . I using that store location because it’s convenient for me to stop by before go work. But not to get treat like that. Owner or manager should be do some

The morgan rd location is atrocious, anything shipped from this location has come back to me or gotten to my clients broken. On top of that I've heard the employees behind the counter actively misgender customers with absolute malice and glee. Shame UPS can't find well adjusted, functioning members of society to assist their paying customers.

I love the convenience of this location but the early morning rep is running customers away.(including myself). I don't know her name but she is always there when they first open. I have had several shipping qoutes from her that were outrageous prices. The last one she quoted was $78, then said it would take almost a week. I told her that was ridiculous for something that weighed 4 lbs. I took it to Safe Ship and they did a 2-day shipment for $21. Also with my Amazon returns, I have gotten 2 different notices of non-return received. I know those 2 were transactions that she did. Thankfully I had the recepts to prove I sent them back, it's just a hassle to do so. I don't know what she is doing different, because I haven't had any issues with no one else. Honestly the rest of the staff is great. Just do yourself a favor and go later in the day or bypass this location if you need services when they first open.

I go there whenever I need to return a package that has been sent through them. Returned some Nine West Shoes recently and the return had expired. First it didn’t have a number on the return. Anyhoo Sharon and Toni went out of their way to accommodate me. Conversation and Kindness go along way. I’m grateful they took care of me. I love friendly people 💙🎉💙🎉

Gave me problems when trying to return an Amazon package. The cashier told me to “read the return instructions” in front of several customers in a very rude tone. I had already read and completely understood the instructions. I just wanted to return my package, that’s it. It was a very rude disrespectful experience. Offered no help or resolution so I’ll have to try another ups store. This was 12:20pm on 11/05/24

Sharon the customer service rep was very unfriendly. The hours on the website stated 8:30 am for Saturday hours , I waited at the door until 8:32 am .She had no sense of urgency to open on time. Once she opened the door , she didn't even say good morning, then slowly took her time to walk back to the counter and said can I help you with no enthusiasm as if I was bothering her. I told her I had an amazon return and she stuck her hand out w/o even saying a word for me to pass her my package. once the transaction was completed , she didn't even say thank you. I cannot believe how uncourteous she was. This is my second encounter with Sharon in which both instances she was very rude. She does not need to interact with the public. She is definitely hurting your business.

If you’re not the notary then you shouldn’t be reviewing anyone’s sensitive information and you definitely shouldn’t be so ignorant that you walk off with documents to be notarized and go into a back room (where copies could be made) with someone’s sensitive information!! It’s the lack of intelligence for me followed up by the lack of accountability!!
