If the employee on duty doesn’t know the answer to your question he will pass the message on to someone else that will get back to you. If you want a certain product they will actually try to see if they can added it to their inventory. Overall great customer service and support!”

I have vapes that I can’t use because people smoke shops usually won’t help me track down what I need, I’m not a vape professional I just vape. The young man who works there will spend the time to get what you need, if he doesn’t know, he will call someone who does know, he just help me get vapes working that I haven’t had working in five years also, their selection of new vapes is second to none. The kid who works there is cool to work with & their selection is awesome. If you can’t find a juice, or a coil or a pod come here they got it and they will take the time to help you find it. Smoke best smoke shop in the southeast and I travel across seven states”
